Created by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra and developed in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of educators, musicians, and mental health professionals—under the artistic direction of Daniel Cauchi — this initiative invites students to explore how music can express, influence, and support emotional well-being. Through a variety of hands-on activities, students will discover how music can become a tool for self-expression, connection, and emotional awareness. Sounds Like Me is designed to engage students and to foster a deeper understanding of mental health through music.
